Vivoactive 4s keeps pausing

My Vivoactive 4s pauses the second after I press start on a run - I turned the watch off and on again and it worked once but now keeps doing it so I can’t use it - any ideas?

This will typically occur if you have Auto pause enabled. Try disabling Auto pause by following these steps.
