vivoactive 4 unexpected shutdown

My Vivoactive 4 keeps powering off after I save an activity and for longer activities it powers off mid-activity and won’t turn back on until I plug it in. When it does power on it shows battery at 50% ish so not due to battery running flat.

I have the same problem, please contact via email, I am in Mexico, yes you can access my account. My Vivoactive4 shuts down after saving a running activity. Garmin-Inder

I have exactly the same issue. The watch dies when saving an activity. Come back on when connected to power then, when syncing, the activity is saved but all data since the previous sync is lost

Vívoactive 4 watch is turning off randomly with full charge. Even after multiple starts its automatically getting shutdown within few minutes.

I have the same issue. I believe it is battery related, that it can no longer supply the required current during certain operations. I think it was happening when the watch auto started an activity or did a wifi upload. The wifi upload if I forced to manually connect the watch would turn off, so I've disabled Wifi uploads and so far it seems to be better.
