Body Battery Went Up While Watch Was Charging

I plugged in my Garmin to recharge it and have sat at the computer all night watching youtube videos and for some reason my body battery has gone up from 40 to 90 while I have not even been wearing the watch. Why did the body battery level not remain the same as the moment I took it off? It should not increase or decline when it is not getting any new data about what I am doing. Did it just assume I have been sleeping all this time even though it has zero sleep data? I am extremely tired as I have not slept at all for days and yet get about 20k steps in and hours of swimming and running every day my body battery should be flatlined. Also I know brainwaves looking at a monitor is same as sleeping and both me and my sister notice it reports naps when we are awake. I have also notices it thinks I am sleeping when I am actually awake and moving around but hallucinating, I guess my schizophrenic episodes are the same as dreaming while awake, but it is weird my watch considers it as sleep. I am wondering if anyone that sleep walks what their watch says about it after? Anyways what is up with my watch increasing body battery when I am not even wearing it?
