My Vivoactive 4 on 7.80 is now crashing when I try to start a workout or update software. How can I fix this?

Crashes happen when I do the following:

- Bike Indoor -> Start

- Run -> Start

- Settings -> System -> Software Update. 

Software Version is 7.80. Other versions available upon request.
