Vivo 4 shutting down/malfunctioning when hitting top button

  • When I press the top button to try to start an activity the watch shuts down or says Set up assistance in app. Sometimes button is also unresponsive. Does watch need a software patch or action taken? If so how/what should I do. Thank you
