My vivoactive 4s is struggling to charge (not getting above 5%) and getting very hot when charging &hellip; any advice?

Some troubleshooting suggestions: 
 
 Switch charging cables. 
 If you're using a computer to charge, switch ports or switch to a different computer. 
 If you're using a wall plug, switch to a different charging source. 
 
 If still no joy, contact Garmin Support directly - https://support.garmin.com
