My vivoactive 4s is struggling to charge (not getting above 5%) and getting very hot when charging … any advice?

Some troubleshooting suggestions:

Switch charging cables.
If you're using a computer to charge, switch ports or switch to a different computer.
If you're using a wall plug, switch to a different charging source.

Mine is also doing this! Charging only to 4% and getting really hot… super frustrating. Have you received any response yet?
