During a workout, can I skip an exercise and then return to it to complete the workout?

I'm using  a vivoactive 4. When I'm at the gym and a machine is being used by someone else, I skip the exercise on my watch and move to the next one.  I can't seem to figure out a way to return to the skipped exercise without stopping and saving what I've completed and then restart the the whole workout.  Is there a fix to this with Garmin or a way to go back to a skipped exercise in a workout?

  • You're probably referring to "Skipping a Group," then coming back to it and "Adding a Skipped Group." It's on my watch, but I do not own a vivoactive 4. Check to see if this is available on your watch - Skipping a Group

    Skipping a Group
If you have started a workout and need to skip a step in a workout, you can skip the group and come back to it later. Not all Garmin watches support this feature.

    Adding a Skipped Group
If you have skipped a workout group and want to add it back, walk through the steps below. Not all Garmin watches support this feature.
