Hello. Replaced the batteries in my Vivoactive 4. The screen only works while I'm holding down the button. I held it down for 1 min. It shows the time, and the signal symbol. When I let go of the button, the screen goes black again.
- I have checked and cleaned the contacts
- I have ensured the gasket is in place
Please advise.
