Steps stop cealculated

Hello, vivoactive 4s Frozen few days ago. After battery discharge IT Wil ne possible charge IT again. Buty after startup watches stoped Steps calculated. Is that mean, that sensor Is Broken And i can watches pot to thé basket? Thanks fór answer. Romana

Im Facing the same problem after the battery was completly discharged.
