I just bought a vivoactive 4s and first i was able to do the initial bluetooth pairing to the app but after I connected it to connect IQ store and also garmin express i noticed it had stopped connecting to the garmin connect app. If i try to pair it I dont get a connection fails screen or anything, it's just endlessly stuck on searching for device. I tried restarting everything, clearing the cache on everything including my phones bluetooth, i tried reinstalling the app, factory resetting the watch, basically every troubleshooting step I can think of or find on google, I've tried. I also tried connecting it to an old phone I have and tried connecting bluetooth headphones and none of it would work. I have also tried to use to GPS features and it just gets stuck on waiting for gps and the weather on the watch face just says no gps.
I emailed support because my timezone makes phone support hours difficult but it says I wont get a response for a few days. In the meantime has anyone else had this issue and was there anything beyond the typical trouble shooting steps that you tried and had success with?
