Garmin Vivoactive randomly turning off during activity

Dear Garmin,

In the midst of an activity my Garmin vivoactive 4 goes off suddenly. And it is horrible, and really affects the activity and training we are doing. Really annoying.

Is this an issue created purposefully doing it with the software updates?

Hello there,

I have a Vivoactive 3 that recently started doing the same whenever I run. If I turn off the activity, it behaves normally. Have you received any input from Garmin?

Super annoying and makes it useless to me as a fitness watch.

I have a venu 2s and this is happening to me as well. I turn it back on during the activity and then it turns back off again. When I get home, the battery life is 43% and obviously I'm irate.
