Auto Activity only works intermittently

Auto Activity Start is on and it is set to 5 minutes for walking - but it doesn't always work...

Is there anything else I can do/check?

Note this is a new Vivoactive 4 that I have been using for around a month - bought to replace my previous V4 which was struggling to hold battery charge for long after 3 years of usage.

Thanks but there's nothing new in there - it's all setup already

I confirm that for me too, auto activity start works in a random way. So don't rely on it.
