Vivoactive 4 doesn't stay connected to Garmin Connect

Since 2 weeks my Vivoactive 4 doesn't stay connected to Garmin Connect at my Iphone 13. Each time i have to remove the device and add a new device, to sync. After a couple of minutes the connection is lost and won't reconnect. software vivoactive 7.8, garmin connect 4.71.1.1.

Is anyone experiencing tthe same? and what how can this be solved?

Hello,

You should not have to remove and re-add the device when it disconnects. Typically, the watch will reconnect if you power cycle the watch and the phone. I would also advise reviewing this FAQ: I’m Getting Frequent Bluetooth Connection Alerts on My Garmin Watch
