Activity turns off after 2 mins

I have a vivomove

when I turn my activity tracker on, with heart rate monitor

it goes to “save” or discard after about 2 minutes

im highly disappointed with this as I need the heart rate monitor to train

i have done a factory reset, auto lap is off and updated the app software

any one had similar
