Body Battery is simply worthless!

So, is there any way for this to be better?  My sleep never seems to give me more than about 20 points.  The stress tracking is simply terrible.  It shows me having medium stress even while sitting watching paint dry on a recliner dipping lemonade.  I have done the soft reset numerous times, but lately it does not show recharged, and today it is showing that sleep did not re-charge at all and I am stuck at 5.  What the heck!

I find it completely silly that a device that i spend over $200 to use to help me track things going on with my body somehow needs to be soft re-set in order to track things it says it is supposed to track.  Why does sleep not recharge?  Why does taking a nap during the day not at least slow the drain, let alone recharge.  If I followed the recommendations, I would not be able to workout or work at all.  This is silly!

Any tips or help would be appreciated, other than the soft re-set all the time.

  • The only time my body battery reached 5 was a day when i went into acidosis from too intense a workout in the sun.

    The following days the body battery was always low and it didn't recharge much.

    So, if the optical reader lens is still clear (not scratched or cloudy) you probably have a health problem (allergies, acidosis, infection, etc.)

    I am always very amazed by the accuracy of the body battery. I recommend this article (it's in Italian, but you can translate it)

    Age (inflammation) and diet (pro-inflammatory) also have an impact.
