Vivoactive 4s here that is only been in use for 6 months. Upgraded to a new phone Samsung S22 to sync garmin to the Connect app and have nothing but problems since. I get varying degrees of the IQ! message or a grid or the Triangle. Most of the time it is unresponsive. Someone wrote in one of the forums to connect to my computer which I did and look for the offending IQ app. How do I know which is the offending thing? Now I get this colourful multiple square in squares display that's looking like a psychedelics test. Honest to Pete, this is maddening.
