Hello,
I was able to pair the vivoactive 4s via the garmin connect app only once but it didn't sync the data so I removed it and tried to pair it again using the app.
However, now, I am not able to pair the watch again using the app.
I am able to pass the point where I input the pairing code but then the pairing fails.
I am able to pair it directly with the phone but not using the garmin connect app.
I already remove the app, clean cache and data, reinstalled it, made the pairing process multiple times but no luck.
I even made a reset the phone.
Any help on this?
