Hi there. Bought the watch on January 4th 2021.
It randomly stopped working even at 100% battery, took it off and let the battery die, then do a fresh full charge and it's still not working, randomly turns on/off, needs to be on charge to "use" from the small actions I can do before it crashes again, managed to do a full reset + clear data (Restart to manufacturer settings or w/e). And it didn't fix. Tried contacting seller on Amazon but can't find any way to contact them.
