HR monitor stoped working

Hello

Vivoactive 4s HR sensor stoped working, no green lights.

I´ve tried hard reset with no luck

looking to downgrade the firware but dont know how and no place for downloading

no warranty anymore

please help

    Please ensure that the wrist heart rate is enabled of the watch by accessing Menu > Settings > Wrist Heart Rate > Status > Auto/On

    Also, ensure that the WHR software is up to date: How Do I Install Garmin Express Software?

    If the above steps do not alleviate the disruption, please reach out to your local Product Support team.

    Hello @garmin-inder   I'm experiencing the same issue along with the battery suddenly draining really really fast(100% to  2% in 4 hours).


    I've tried this suggested solution but to no avail. 

    Do you have any other recommendations? 

    my watch is 3 years old, I read that the garmin vivoactive series usually 'lives' from 3 to 6 years. 

    i primarily use it for running so nothing too 'extreme'.

    I'm experiencing the same with battery an HR sensor for 1 week now. Started very sudden.

    Previously, battery lasted for 3-5 days depending on activities. Then it drained within half a day, now it lasts maybe 1-2 hours.

    HR sensor not working. And it's hanging while trying to install updates. Tried soft and hard reset.
