I've had my watch for about 2 years now without having any issues and in the last month or two it has started to randomly shutting down, even when the battery is at 100% including all the recent updates. I have noticed Its always guaranteed to shutdown when im trying to starts my runs or any other activity. When I press the top side button the watch will shutdown. It shutdowns just by tapping the screen sometimes, its so annoying. Because of this I am unable to track anything on my watch now its so frustrating and im not happy. It has become unusable and I paid out a lot of money for a top brand, tracking watch and was expecting it to last me much than longer 2 years. I have also reset the watch a few times to see if that does anything but no luck.
Garmin please can you contact me about this issues. I have read on some of the other posts that this could be a motherboard issue?
