Viviactive 4 randomly knocking itself off.

My watch randomly knocks itself off no matter the charge left on the battery. Software is up to date. Wondering if there is anyway to fix it?

    My VA4 does the same. When I sync music, it shuts down despite the battery percentage. Only way to get it to turn on again is to connect the charger and it turns on with remaining battery still at >50%. When I start a workout, it also shuts down.
