No temperature display

Hi, since 2 weeks the temperature display on my Venu Plus 2 disappears several times a day. It’s gone on the watchface (it gives two dots instead) and also on the widget. Synchronizing with the connect app and turning the watch off and on, does the temperature display appear, but after a few hours it’s gone again. Is there a definite solution to this problem? What phone are you using? On iPhone switch localisation settings for "Always" for Connect App. For some reason, iOS keeps changing it to "when using" which prevents watch to update the weather automatically…

Hi Albert, thank you very much for your advise. I use the Iphone 13. I have changed the settings of the Connect App to “Always”. I let you know if it works.
