Vivoactive 4 prevent auto firmware update

Hello,

Is there a way to prevent the firmware from auto-updating for the Vivoactive 4?

Since the update to the latest version (7.80), my watch keeps crashing in different scenarios so I rolled back to 7.20 and it seems to work fine but the watch will auto-update the firmware to the latest if I connect to my phone and can't prevent it.

how to downgrade?

If you can't prevent the auto-update it's really useless to downgrade as it will automatically update to the latest if you connect to the phone.
