Watch randomly powers off

In the last two months my vivoactive 4 randomly turns itself off even though there’s more than enough power. Any ideas? Love the watch but it’s so annoying

  • Same here. Turns off when I reaching around 20%, sometimes when I start an activity and when I use Garmin Pay.

    • How many times has this occurred? - Several times for the past year. Today I couldn't use the watch during the training because it refused to start activities and kept shutting down every single time (I tried more than 20 times).

      Also, battery is draining too fast. I lost like 10% in less than 1 hour right after charging it. The battery used to last more than 3 days when training with GPS + bluetooth earphones.
