Wait for Signal Vivoactive 4

Hello,

I'm using Vivoactive 4 since 3 years and it was working properly. i dont know what happened, but not GPS is not working. I'm trying to start a Run activity and wait more than 15mins but on the screen still same message ,"Wait for GPS".

i reset watch couple of times but still the same.

please can someone help me?

    Have you plugged it into the computer and used Garmin Express to update the GPS software on your watch? Also, when waiting for a Signal, are you moving for stationary?

    I'm having the same issue for a couple of months now. I'll even finally get a signal then it goes back to waiting. I've restarted, new syncing, new updates nada. Just now, had ready then it dropped back to none, then ready again multiple times.

    The only thing I've found helps is putting it on rhe activity way before I need to and moving

    I have the same issue, and sometimes it goes green a few seconds and then goes back to waiting. But what is worse is the GPS accuracy. This is a screenshot from my last walk. I walked to the park and then 4 rounds in the park (the outer paths of the park), but instead of straight lines it shows a 2 months old baby drawing. And yes I have the latest SW.

    Please reach out to Garmin Product Support directly. They will need to view your activity examples in order to bring this particular topic down to an individual level.

    Were support able to find a solution to this for you? My GPS is behaving exactly the same way as this.
