Is there any way to get my watch to count intensity minutes when my heart rate reaches the target zone regardless of whether I have been there for less than ten minutes or not? I do small seven minute cardio exercise sessions every day except for my rest day, which could total up to 84 intensity minutes (seven minutes x2 because of high intensity, x6 days per week), but because Garmin doesn't count intensity minutes under ten, I don't get any credit for these...
