Vivoactive 4 crashing

• Every activity, except during running, although it is quite usual to crash after i save the run. It is impossible to use the strenght activity without crashing during training, so I have to launch the cardio activity at the gym

Have the same trouble. Are there any additional details from the support?

They told me to master reset the watch, but it didn't solve the problem

I’m having the same issue, it’s very annoying 

Anybody found a solution to this . Looks like I’m joining the long line of people . Doubly frustrating since I live above the local Apple Store, and I had decided not to go with Apple Watch. A decision I am beginning to regret

I've rolled back the firmware to 7.20 and it seems to work fine for me except that I cant prevent the watch from auto updating to the latest 7.80.  Except if you dont connect the watch via bt to the phone.

2. Not really,  but it's more often when the battery is getting to a lower percentage. It happens on doing a payment,  when registering an activity, or just shuts down by itself and only comes back to life when plugged in for charging even if the battery is at 50%.  No issues when running 7.20 firmware, but can't prevent auto-updating to 7.80.
