Vivoactive 4 software update - 7.9

I noticed the Vivoactive 4 software has recently updated to V 7.90. What are the modifications?

It ups battery usage by about 50%. Nothing else, far as I can tell.

Unfortunately, that seems to be almost regular problem with every software update of every Garmin watch.
