VivoActive 4S calculates pace incorrectly

My VivoActive 4S gives incorrect calculation of pace, both during and also after a run. Very frustrating!
However, when the data is uploaded to the app, the pace is corrected and everything i ok. It's "only" on the watch during the run in real time and after that it is inaccurate.

Time: 31:05.71
Pace: 10:30

CONNECT APP
Length: 4,76 km
Time: 31:06 T
Pace: 6:32

Anyone knows what could be wrong and how it is solved?
