Language and weather problems

Hi. I have 2 problems with my vivoactive 4 that the first problem caused the second.

The language in the connect app is hebrew and also in the watch hebrew too. Few weeks ago, after every activity, the app present me the name of the activity in italian.
I tried to remove the connect app and reinstall it, but nothing changed. The app is uo to date and the watch too.

Today i tried to reset the vivoactive 4 to factory setting to solve this problem the re-conenct it to the phone. Its didnt solve the problem and caused other problem that the watch doesnt show me the weather. Only text GPS OK, No Data.

How i can fix it please?

    In addition, you have "Body Battery" in English, so it is not translated in Hebrew. It probably means the language file is bad or/and incomplete.

    Regarding the weather, what weather service does the watch face use? Is it Garmin's or a different one (e.g. OpenWeather, for which you need  to add an API key)?

    Hi. I successfully changed the language in Garmin account at website, not through the app. 

    About the weather, it's sync with my Android so it's suppose to present me the same weather info from the phone.

    Good to hear that you were able to get the language changed. Regarding the weather data, Connect IQ developers create unique applications that can be loaded to your device to view various weather information. How this information is obtained and configured will vary by app and developer. Questions about data or configuration of the app would need to be directed to the developer of the app.

    If you check the weather widget on your watch, is the data visible? The weather information displayed on your device's weather widget is collected from the closest official weather station to your starting point. Usually, local airports will be the official weather stations.

    Check this article. Some android phones require that the location permissions are set to "allow all the time"
