Vivoactive 4 relax reminder

I have a Vivoactive 4. The relax reminder will sometimes send an alert when I am calm and feeling fine. Has anyone else had this problem? I

Happens on my FR55. I always get them when I am chilling in front of the computer or, like today, when I was eating lunch in front of the TV. It never tells me to relax when I actually feel stressed about something. Annoying.

Yes! I can be sitting on the beach reading a book and my relax reminder goes off! It's so strange. On the flip side, I can be totally stressed at work, running around like a chicken with my head cut off and it doesn't go off. I'm really not sure the rhyme or reason. Glad to know I'm not the only one.
