Vivoactive 4s- Battery drain following recent SW update 7.8

I updated the SW on the watch 2 days ago and have experienced dramatic battery loss through no tracking or pulse ox being enabled. I have had to charge the watch twice in the last two days due to this battery loss and I normally get 4-5 days on one charge with normal use.

Has anyone got a solution for me or do I need to send it back to the manufacturer?
