Extreme battery discharge after charging

During last 2-3 days the battery started to discharge very quickly (3-5% per hour).

Updated watch to latest version, which showed no improvement in battery performance. When trying to charge again Vivoactive 4S became very hot and won't turn on since.

I have already reported this issue in another thread with the same name. @Garmin-Inder closed that thread with the following justification:

I was not connected by Garmin-Inder, even though I responded to the requested information and the embedded link to the Customer Support doesn't work. 

What should I do?
