Vivoactive 4s Suddenly can't send workout to device Connect says device not compatible

Hi Garmin replaced my vivoactive 4s and now I can't send my workouts to my watch anymore. Connect says device not compatible

I already tried removing device from Connect and adding it back but that didn't work.

Help please?

I have the same problem with Venu. Suddenly says that my watch is not compatible with workouts - even ones that are already on the watch

Any idea how to fix this? I contacted Garmin no response

Use Garmin Express until the Garmin Connect issue is fixed.
