Blue triangle recurring for two days

My VivoActive 4S has been stuck on the blue triangle for two days. I have tried many combinations of holding the buttons to force a restart, but every time the blue triangle comes back. Is there any way to reset it?

wasnt holding upper button for 15s an reset?

No… have tried that multiple times, and it goes off and then goes straight back to the triangle.
