"Goals alert" "Not during an activity" is not working

I have the Goal Alert set to "Not during an activity" yet I still annoyingly still get steps, floors, and activity goals reached while running. Is this a bug?

All,

Please ensure that the Goal alerts are disabled within the Connect app as well. This can be done by accessing the Connect app > Menu/More > Garmin Devices > Select your device > Activity Tracking > Goal Alerts.
