Can I make a shortcut to enable/disable screenactivation by moving my wrist? Or set a profile where this funtion is disabled? (vivoactive 4s)

At night I dont want my screen to light up everytime my arm moves. I knoe how to turn this off manually, but is there a shortcut to do this in 1 or 2 clicks? Or can I set up a profile where this is disabled?

A possible solution is to use a watch face which allows to set a night mode. There are a lot of these in CIQ.
