Since yesterday I am having issues with Garminactive S watch.
All of the sudden it goes to device information and I cannot exit that.
The return button is simply not responding. The restart process is also random. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When it does, still the return button is not working. Sometimes it works after 20 attempts, sometimes after 100. Many times it turns into a main menu randomly and after a few minutes it open randomly information again.
Something I was able to locked the screen but again, randomly it went to information pages or else and the return button doesn't work. It is even hard to power on the device. It works randomly too. Many times it just froze at blue triangle at the screen.
I tried to use connect iq and garmin connect apps to solve this issue. Nothing helped.
I cleaned, restarted, and connected to power multiple times. Done everything I could find on the garmin pages regarding troubleshooting. Nothing works.
