Sudden battery drain Vivoactive 4

I had Vivoactive 4 for 2 yearsand it worked fine until recently when it started draining battery more quickly than before.

It uses about 1% per hour on stock watchface and without pulseOx (BT disconnected), and it used about 0,5% until recently in same scenarios, which is significantly more than befoer.

Does anyone know what can I do to make watch have normal battery usage again?

PS. I tried soft reset by holding button until it turns off, but the problem persists.

    What fw are you on?

    I too think that battery life has been under par lately. I get about 2 days of battery life(it used to be 3 to 4 days), with pulseOX during sleep only, BT on every day 10-22, custom wf.

    I noticed this since I upgraded to 7.80 fw.

    Only way probably is to revert to an older fw.

    I am on v 7.80 (the latest one).

    Dowgrading to older software version is not a solution because software updates cannot be stopped on Vivoactive, so it will update anyhow later.

    I believe this is a bug brought by software version 7 - some users have complained since 7.20 but no official feedback was given. I did not have issues on 7.20 but I do have serious issues with battery now on 7.80.

    Whatever it is, only Garmin can look into it, and I expect them to do so.
