My vivo active 4 has started to switch off after completing an activity

My vivo active 4 has started to switch off after completing an activity and doesn't include the steps etc for that activity, anything I can do to stop this? The watch is charged and doesn't have a low battery

same issue here especially since update to version 7.xx

Same here and after SW update 7.8

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Apparently you turn your watch off and on again (pushing top right button) for light reset. Worked for me, got today's data back on de grid!
