GPS not working.

My vivoactive 4 GPS doesn't search and is stuck on wait for GPS screen. It doesn't even search meaning the red bar doesn't even appear. my CPE status is current and I've done all the necessary updates and synching with Garmin express but still the problem persists. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear that. Please try the following steps:

1- Power the watch off and on

2- Change your GPS setting to GPS + Galileo if you are in an Urban environment, or GPS + Glonass if your environment is more mountainous.
