vivoactive 4/4s Software Update - 7.30

hello everyone!
in the last 2 month I am suffering from my vivoactive 4.
Every time I connect the headphones to the watch and turn on the GPS ,when I press start for running the watch turns off and it's just annoying.
In addition, when I turn on the WIFI connection , the watch just turns off as well.

what can I do ?
Is it possible to install another version for the watch?
I can't find a download link

Same here, watch turned off about 1 hour into a GPS activity. Sometimes it turns itself off randomly during the day. It almost always turns off when syncing Spotify or checking for an update of wifi too...seems to be getting less and less stable as time goes on.

Is there maybe an update I can download?
I don't care if it's an update from 3 years ago, the main thing is that the watch will work and stop causing problems.

Current version is 7.20.

I have 7.30 right now,
where can I download other version , like 6.90?
my watch dont do his job.
