compound workout

Hi All,

I'm using a vivoactive 4S

my main routine is very basic : running, then workout (push-ups, abs, ...) then running again.

I'de like to know if it is possible to create a training that lets me get my running informations while running (speed, time and cardio), then switch to the workout mode. if i can't get my sets that's fine. time of workout is enough, then switch back to running with infos.

Or maybe just being able to access running parameters while in a workout training.

I just can't that to work. I'm obliged to create 3 different acitvities which kind floods my garmin and strava account.

Help would be much appreciated.
