Vivoactive 4s touch screen not working after software update

There was a software update last night that I ran and now the touch screen will not respond I have tried hard reboots With it plugged in and not plugged in and there's still no resolution.

Same here. Battery drains quickly (in a few hours) and touch screen responds once over 10 or 20 attempts. I can't use the watch anymore !

Same for me - and this is the second time in as many months. Sadly, this will be the last Garmin watch for me because Garmin have proved that their software quality controls cannot be trusted. Someone at Garmin should lose their job over this.
