Where is the ChangeLog for the VivoActive 4?

I've had 3 updates recently, now on 7.60, but no information anywhere?

For v7.60 you should ask in the beta program. As you enrolled for the beta (otherwise you wouldn't have gotten 7.60), that's the place where this info could be shared.
