Unwanted App's or Widgets

Well i was quite pleased with my vivoactive 4s but now i am pretty much upset and thinking of selling the Watch.

As i connect to Garmin Express it not only checks but automatically does stuff i don't want and never initiated.

Suddenly it installed Music Widgets like Spotify(Which i don't want) removes my Card from Garmin Pay and who knows what else it did.

NO You are not supposed to take action without my permission!

Now Garmin i would like you to explain why you install without my consent and remove stuff without my consent?

About 7 hours ago i wrote this message and by now i would have expected to get an Answer from a Garmin Person who gets paid to Monitor this Forum.

Maybe i should Message the Garmin CEO and ask why his Workers are not doing what they supposed to do or maybe i should contact a Friend of mine and ask him why Garmin Software is doing that?

Btw it installed Menstrual checking, quite amusing as i don't have those parts in my body that i would need for that to work.
