Hi there,
Garming won't create a certificate of defect for my new Garmin Vivoactive 4s, therefore the reseller can't refund me.
I am aboard for training for 2 months and no one will support me nor admitting the defect on an 8 days watch, used 2 time.
Issue till now:
- The screen was moving randomly selecting stuff, getting wild during activities in stopping and starting them
- At night blue light and the screen was stuck
-Day after flickering, strange line and you could see somehow the hour
- After a few days, it got back to normal. Is not charging properly, but it doesn't pass the logo phase. Keep showing for hours the blue triangle.
Honestly, I quite shocked at how superficial is the staff and the support team. If I don't solve the issue, the only opportunity they gave me is to wait two months and when get back to my country repair it. I am training abroad and I need a watch, therefore I will end up to have two watches for no reason, because of the poor quality.
