Vivoactive 4 won't save activities

Starting some time last week, I noticed that my activities we're not being saved to my watch (or synced to my phone/strava). After completing an activity (this has happened with both runs and bike rides), I press the little green check mark on the bottom of the watch, and it says it is saving the activity, everything looks fine. But then, if I swipe up a few times to see my activity history, nothing is there. And if I open the Connect app on my phone and sync with my watch, nothing shows up either.

I can't think of anything I did or setting I may have changed that could have caused these issues to start. Any ideas on how to fix it?
