How do you turn off facebook notifications?

Hi,

I want to stop the Facebook messenger notifications from going to my watch. The instructions I can find show me how to turn them off completely, which I don't want. Anyone any suggestions?

Garmin Connect app -> top hamburger menu-> settings->Notifications ->App notifications -> untick facebook messenger

Hi, sorry what's a "hamburger menu"? I can't find anything about facebook messenger anywhere in the app :S
