4s battery going dead overnight

The last week or so (I believe after an update) my garmin vivoactive 4s is going dead over night. It was at 92% when I went to sleep and 4% when I woke up. Nothing extra is running or different from previous years when it lasted 2-4 days.

For about 3 months now I have to charge my vivoactive 4 TWICE a day, all services to this watch are turned off, WiFi, Bluetooth, gps, notifications, every thing turned off and reset done backlight 0% and it makes no difference, absolutely useless, it can’t even function as a watch, where do I go from here?
